Can I change plans?

Accepted Answer

Yes, at any time. Upgrading takes effect immediately. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You'll never be charged for a period you've already paid for.

What happens when my 5 free invoices run out?

Accepted Answer

Your existing invoices remain visible and read-only — you won't lose any data. To add new invoices, you can upgrade to Pro at any time. We'll give you a clear prompt before you hit the limit.

How does the referral program work?

Share your unique referral link with a finance colleague. When they sign up and verify their email, you both benefit — you earn extended Pro access and they get a head start. You'll find your referral link in your dashboard.

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Lovable Cloud for our database infrastructure, Stripe for payments (we never store card details), and we're working toward SOC 2 certification. We never share your invoice data with any third party.
